Charlotte's Colors

I have 4 children. They have all had their own quirks. My youngest daughter, Charlotte, has brought with her, not only her own "quirks" but a growing list of food allergies. These allergies have proved to be challenging, as they are things that tend to turn up in EVERYTHING. As a favor to my friends who have similar issues and to my own organizational sanity, I am compiling here a list of recipes that Charlotte CAN eat.

Her Current Confirmed Allergies include:
Red# 40, 3, 33,
Yellow# 5, 6
Blue# 1, 2

Sodium Benzoate is the only confirmed preservative, but the amount we have on our "Suspicious List" is insane.

Vanillin is on our Suspicious List, and pretty close to confirmation.

And she is lactose intolerant
