Masala Pineapple Rice Bowl

2 Cups Brown long grain Jasmine rice
1-2 cups black beans (cooked from dry or organic canned)
Diced chicken cooked in butter or olive oil, I think I used 3-4 breasts
canned or fresh pineapple, probably about 2 cups

Sea salt and masala seasoning to taste...  I was pretty generous with the masala in both the chicken and when I combined everything... 

A little sweet, salty, and spicy...SO good!! And the kids all like it!!! The very best part! :)
